We’re with you every step of the way.
We’ve streamlined our custom website design process into four steps, with an average turnaround time of 10 business days*.
Share your vision.
You’ll meet with one of our designers over the phone or virtually and tell us your goals for the website. The designer will discuss pricing, website domain, hosting options, and content. When you’re ready to move forward, you’ll purchase the design package and we’ll get to work.
See the prototype.
Once we have your input and have agreed to a concept, the designer will get to work bringing your vision to life. We’ll send you the prototype to review, and you can request changes during this phase of the project.
Go live.
Once we have feedback from you on the initial prototype, we’ll work to apply any changes you’ve requested and send a final version to you for approval. Once approved all fees have been paid, we’ll help you publish the new site for the world to see.
Stay fresh and clean.
When changes are needed to your site, you will be able to make most of them on your own. But, if the need arises, you can utilize our 24/7 technical support team for help or consult with your designer to have us make the changes for you.

After we deploy your new site, you can add or edit sections — like image galleries, price lists, menus, scrollable content blocks and YouTube or Vimeo videos — to customize your website as your business evolves. Every section in your website is customizable, from the name of the page, to your website’s navigation bar. You’ll also have the ability to change text, colors, styles and font. Our website builder allows you to switch back and forth between mobile and desktop layouts so you can create a website that allows visitors to comfortably view and use your website from any device.
We’ll be happy to update your site as often as you need. You can pay as you go for those updates, or subscribe to one of our maintenance plans.
Yes. You can connect your existing domain name to your new site. We’ll provide instructions when you’re ready to go live.
Yes. Many of our Website Builder and Managed WordPress plans come with built-in SEO tools to help your website show up in search engines like Google. Your web design consultant will review these tools with you to help decide which hosting plan is right for you.

After your site is live, you’ll be able to make most changes yourself in Website Builder or WordPress with Colibri WP. Our 24/7 support team is always available by phone to guide you through changes, or we can make the changes for you.

Website maintenance plans apply only to sites developed by NSIGNIA®. Website Builder or NSIGNIA® Managed WordPress plan required. Hours are billed in half-hour units. Unused hours do not roll over on any plan. If you exceed your plan hours, additional hours will be billed at $75/hour under separate invoice.
